At DKB, we sustain a litigation practice for the sole purpose of defending our business clients’ interests when disputes arise. Our litigation teams keeps current on the law as it evolves and changes so that we can accurately advise our clients on potential outcomes of their legal disputes.

Over the years, we have represented hundreds of clients in not only state and federal courts, but also before arbitration and mediation tribunals, state administrative boards, and the EEOC and ERD. Our areas of representation include commercial contract claims, insurance coverage, construction and land use disputes, debt collection, shareholder quarrels, director liability, workman’s compensation, wrongful termination and discrimination claims, and the enforcement of employment contracts and covenants not to compete.
