Kathy Bach
Attorney
Practice Areas:
Attorney Kathy Bach practices in the areas of estate planning, probate, and trust administration. In an area of law that can get rather complex, Kathy values simplicity and efficiency. Kathy works with her clients to develop careful estate plans that are sophisticated but no more complicated than necessary to meet the goals of her clients. Her work includes the drafting of wills, simple and complex trusts, powers of attorney, and other estate documents, and prides herself on being able to ease clients through difficult times of loss and transition.
In addition to being an attorney, Kathy is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), which helps her complete accountings and advise clients on tax issues and perform financial analysis as it pertains to estate planning issues. She is also a member of the Probate and Trust Sections of the Wisconsin State Bar, which keeps her updated on practice pointers and professional trends throughout the state.
In her free time, Kathy enjoys hiking, sailing, playing the guitar, seeing live music and spending time with her family.
