Gregory A. Ruidl concentrates his practice on the representation of closely held businesses and their owners. Over the past 35 years, business owners have relied upon his assistance in developing strategies for the growth of their businesses through acquisitions, new product development, development of distribution channels, strategic planning and strategic alliances. Greg also actively assists family business owners on issues relating to succession and estate planning, and the creation of business
exit strategies.
